Lumigraf™ creation, production, delivery and administration departments are all located under the same roof in its 30,000 square feet facility located in Montreal, allowing us to be on the lookout of trends and to react quickly and efficiently in any situation.

Second life orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. No cancellations or refunds, as all Second Life products sales are final. Orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours from order placement, but any order received after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
All available shipping options incur freight charges with the exception of factory pick up (available to local customers only). 

Residential freight service includes a lift gate, while commercial or industrial freight service requires a loading dock. Please allow 5-7 days for shipping. Inspect the shipment before accepting and if the packaging is damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact Lumigraf Sales including the Sales Order number from your order confirmation.  

Remnants ship within the Canada and United States. To ship internationally, please call 1-866-877-1495 before attempting to purchase.
